Louis is a caring and wonderful instructor. I wonder why the two companies don't know how to spread the news so that more tenants can join the classes.
Janine was born and raised in Salinas, California and moved to
southern California to attend the University of California, Irvine
where she earned a dual Bachelor’s degree in Economics and
Sociology. Janine grew up a dancer and performer and while in
college found yoga as an alternative outlet and form of exercise.
Immediately, she found a deep love and passion for yoga.
As a yoga instructor, Janine has found that a multitude of her passions are united and her true self shines. Janine enjoys putting together all of her yoga ensembles and accessories with her love for fashion. Growing up in a musically inclined family, she finds joy in creating energetic and uplifting music playlists for class (the pure acoustic guitar songs she plays in class are compliments of her musician father, Paul). Above all, she feels honored to be a guide and share her love and passion for yoga with students and the community. Janine’s classes focus on embracing positive energy, challenging and pushing past your individual edge, and nourishing the mind, body and spirit.
Janine’s motto is: “If you see someone without a smile, give them yours.”
