I have really enjoyed my first month at MVP.
I am pushing myself to lift more weights and I am learning on how to level out my weights.
I appreciate how helpful other members are, I have enjoyed my Thursday Georgia Peach class!

I cannot say enough about this gym and it's team! I have found the beast within me and I'm never going back!! The atmosphere here is that of a family! We support each other and cheer each other on. This is the place to find your inner beast!

It was my first time attending this class especially after a morning Leg Day with the trainer. I’m so glad that I went to this workout. Monica went over each segment of the workout. It was fun and each exercise was felt around the “booty”. I look forward to the next session.
