If you ever want to have a fun workout then you need to try Zumba. The instructor is super positive. I have not been to a class that I haven't enjoyed. The hour goes by quickly.

First time in a long time that I have been to this class. Loved it. Very positive place to work out.

What u I love about Kim's classes are the variety she offers.  Each workout is set up completely different!

Corey's yoga class is incredible. He has such a good way of making everyone comfortable and creating a non judgemental environment.  I always feel so refreshed after the class.

Great first Tighten and Tone class. Lots of variety...and actually did not mind the burpees too much! LOL!
