Intense Fit Training Semi Private Sessions • $20.00

Our Intense Fit training sessions are semi-private personal training sessions. They are about 45 minutes in length, and each session includes interval cardiovascular training and strength training, (using free weights, weight machines, TRX suspension training, resistant bands, and many other types of equipment) depending on the fitness level of each person, thus supplying our clients with a large variety of different types of exercises. We end the sessions with either abdominal and/or stretching exercises.
The workout routines are split up into short segments which include both strength and cardio exercises. The idea behind this is to constantly
shock the body which is proven to be the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight, and build muscle.
Each session is taught by a certified personal trainer. Our trainers will dedicate themselves to each and every client in order to provide that one-on-one personal training experience with Intense Fit  training.
