Petra completed her fitness qualification in 2007 and has worked as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and works with special populations including children.
Petra has a focus on overall health, exercise and nutrition.
Petra’s main specialty is the areas of functional training, event training (mainly triathlons and running events), outdoor training, weight loss and Pilates.
Petra enjoys time with her family in the outdoors, mountain biking, running, wake boarding and water skiing, hiking and being in the gym.
