My challenge in the past to consistently working out and staying healthy was boredom. Same workout, same routine. Not here. I haven't had the same routine twice in 4 months. Yay!. The variety of exercises, the trainers and the people in the group classes keep me looking forward to working out. I am definitely feeling and seeing results. I'm glad my friend referred me to this place!
Zach is a Certified Group Fitness Trainer. He has an extensive background from training professional and amateur athletes to working professionals with nominal experience in fitness. His background is in professional athletics within the St. Louis Cardinals organization. Fitness and wellness is a moving target that we continously define and make adjustments to in order to optimize functional training and personal well being..Zach defines his sessions as simple, challenging, and efficient with an emphasis on proper form and mobility. His favorite client is anyone with a goal and a willingness to push themselves. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, break dancing, flexing in the mirror, playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
