My challenge in the past to consistently working out and staying healthy was boredom. Same workout, same routine. Not here. I haven't had the same routine twice in 4 months. Yay!. The variety of exercises, the trainers and the people in the group classes keep me looking forward to working out. I am definitely feeling and seeing results. I'm glad my friend referred me to this place!
Growing up as an athlete I realized how important my nutrition was to excel in my performance. Through college, fitness became a daily activity for many reasons, and again, I realized that if I wanted to further my fitness goals that my nutrition played a major role. I completed college with a Bachelors in Dietetics and a Masters in Nutrition along with experience in Group Fitness Training. I also completed a dietetic internship to become a Registered Dietitian and at this moment I am studying for my credential exam. Getting to combine my fitness and nutrition backgrounds together is something I've always dreamed of. I can't wait to work with each and everyone of you to help you succeed in your fitness and nutrition journey!
