We’re a small boutique Fitness
Kickboxing studio with a history of excellence in King County. Our
Kent studio opened in March 2019 with several of the best
instructors from our Federal Way studio and was named the “Best
Fitness Facility” in 2021 by the readers of the Kent Reporter. We
are a non-combat studio, we get you in fighters' shape, without the
fight.
 

Our mission is to deliver you the
#BestHour of your day. We do that by providing a personal training
experience in each and every class. Our amazing instructor team
will help you stay motivated and teach you the art of
kickboxing.
 
Our instructor-led fitness
kickboxing classes help you lose the weight you want while having
fun in our high-energy classes. In our studios, we offer 30 &
50-minute class programs that deliver a full-body workout by using
kickboxing combinations with a 220-pound bag. Most of our members
lose between 400 - 800 calories per class and experience amazing
results, losing fat and toning muscle.
 
We also broadcast 45-classes per
week on Zoom. In addition, we have over 60 videos on demand for our
