Today was my very first yoga class ever, and it was intense! I could never have imagined I’d break that much of a sweat! I’m no fitness buff, but I am fairly active (as a nursing student about to graduate in May) in walking. But whoa! Can’t wait for water aerobics tomorrow, and the other metabody fitness classes!! Here’s to sticking to New Year’s resolutions!!!

Turbo Kick (Women Only) • $20.00

Turbo Kick is a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as, dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down!
