Chakra Workshop Series

The Cycling Yogi opened in March of 2010 with the
mission of bringing yoga to the community of Lakewood. Our
community is small and family-like. We have a team of 15 regularly
scheduled teachers, many of whom have been with us from our first
or second year of business as a teacher or a client. Our teachers
are certified in each class they lead as well as other modalities
such as personal trainer, physical therapy or massage therapy.
Our current class offerings include: Cycle,
Cycle/Yoga, Barre; Yoga– Vinyasa, Restorative,Yin & Yoga
