I started my journey with CLOUD 10back in January. Since then I have lost 30 pounds and my strength and stamin6has really grown. I didnt see myself doing something like this at my age of 55 with bad knees and all. The trainers are awesome when it comes to you having past injuries. They will try and find a solution for you to do the exercises without injuring yourself anymore. The push that they give you is great because they want you to see yourself the same way they do. They allow you to pull from that inner strength that you thought you didn't have. I love going to CLOUD 10 to get my motivation in the morning to start my day. I love the people in class and just being around others motivates me even more. I still have a ways to go to meet my goal but with CLOUD 10 and their exercise program along with the nutrition guide I know I will get there.
