Shine Alternative Fitness

Leysan is such a wonderful coach. She empowers us and pushes us while motivating us all at the same time. She does a great job getting to each student individually no matter the size of the class.  Shine, as a whole is a great gym, I appreciate the fact that the billing is organized and booking a class is easy. They work with us and make us feel valued as a customer.

Such a fun place to workout! Not the usual exercise experience you would get at any other gym. Definitely recommend.

Alexandra’s Intro to Aerial Yoga class is amazing! She’s a very good teacher - friendly, patient, and helpful. I feel so joyful and relaxed after class. Highly recommended!

I have been taking a few classes at Shine this year - flexibility with Jamilla, aerials silks with Alexandra, and Hula Hoop with Sabrina. It's a nice combination to work on flexibility, strength, and coordination. My instructors are all encouraging and help students at their personal ability levels. They push you to make progress, but not so hard that you feel defeated. They create a positive and fun environment to grow physically and mentally.
