Mike's passion for fitness comes from the opportunity to
change client’s outlook on life through fitness and healthy life
style choices. Mike is a husband and father of two and has been a
Certified Health and Wellness Coach for more then 20 years. In this
time he has worked with numerous individuals and small groups
guiding them through injury rehabilitation, sport specific
training, along with general strengthening and conditioning,
working with clients of all ages and athletic abilities.
One of his most appealing skills is his ability to continually
vary his clients programs to avoid physical and mental plateaus.
Paired with a deep understanding that no one person is the same, he
focuses on making workouts challenging, yet fun for people of all
ages and fitness levels.
