This is my second or third review and I will keep writing them.   HIFL has saved my life.    I was tired, depressed and inconsistent before I reunited with the gym and April and the rest of the staff.  I have done a ton of other personal work in the last 16 months but my consistency at the gym has made it all possible.  
I can’t say enough good things about this place.

From the moment Jessica first tried pilates, she was hooked. She quickly realized that pilates is all about having a conversation with the body, discovering imbalances, then using the mind to help strengthen and lengthen specific muscles to correct those imbalances. Pilates should be your Insurance Policy . Not only will the emphasis on strengthening deep stabilizer muscles help prevent injuries and improve posture, but it will also help you move with more ease and efficiency, thus getting you the most out of your other workouts.

Just a year after trying her first pilates class, Jessica pursued her IMP (Intensive Mat Plus) and IR (Intensive Reformer) certifications. She studied at the STOTT Pilates Toronto Training Centre and began teaching both classes and private sessions right away. Jessica is known for being full of energy, creative, detail oriented, and for making your muscles burn. But don’t worry, she’ll ensure you leave class feeling amazing and you’ll only hate her the day after!
