Kaitlin's Dance Cardio class is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! And you are hearing this from a Brazilian :)
You have so much fun during the class that time flies - but at the end you are done, because it is great cardio too. I've recruited a friend and she confirmed she's definitely registering again. If you love dance classes (or even if you are not sure you do), this class is for you - you won't be disappointed :)

Chloe is a Canfit Pro Certified personal trainer, experienced spin and group fitness instructor, and graduate of the Bachelor of Kinesiology program at UBC. Chloe's training focuses on functional fitness and improved overall health outcomes. Her rides include both rhythm and power style teaching that will have you bopping along to ABBA, Beyonce and everything in-between! You can expect every workout to be spicy and challenging, with the encouragement to honor your individual bodies and have a boat-load of fun. Chloe is from London ON and can be found outside, smiling at dogs.
