Robin
Robin is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with years of experience. She holds her Level 1 FMS, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and Canfitpro PTS certifications as well as her 200hour registered yoga teacher designation.

As a seasoned ultrarunner Robin specializes in endurance athlete training as well as people returning to training and people who are new to training and fitness. Robin's training philosophy is based on whole health.

As a fitness and yoga instructor Robin teaches HIIT, circuit, strength, and core classes, as well as vinyasa flow and yin yoga.
