I look forward to my M,W,F live conference sculpting workouts every week. Since this Covid crisis, it's been great to have “somewhere” to be, and making my body strong and fit. Each day, her workouts vary-it's obvious she has a plan, and changes it up each time, implementing weights, chair (barre), and even paper plates for sliders on the rug! I appreciate how she always gives modifications at the beginning of each set, and talks through, making me aware of correct form. The challenge is just right: love sweating with Sarah!
