I absolutely love coming to Kardio Krunk. Jeffrey is always so fun, caring, and motivating. I always burn tons of calories and have so much fun. I am always so inspired to push harder. I know that no matter what I will leave happy and proud. Jeffrey always has such fun music that I go and download after class. It is also such a warm environment with people of all sizes.

I'm a size 16 and have no rhythm but who cares, this class is fun and it gets me moving. I have burned up to 530 calories in a class with my heart rate topping around 165 - which means its a good workout. I'm so glad Jeffrey's studio opened near me. I have no excuse for not working out now.
