Jeffrey's dance fitness class, Kardio Krunk, is the absolute best. He plays current songs and artists, has new and hip choreography, and the studio room becomes electric the second the music starts! It is a judgment free zone where everyone has the space to shake their butt unapologetically (which is very hard to find.) Jeffrey Adams is an instructor with the knowledge and tools to help you reach your ultimate goal. Jeffrey has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and wants nothing more than for people to have the best fitness experience possible.
His philosophy, “Where else can you have music, fun and exercise all in one place?”
At age 19, Jeffrey started teaching, and was hooked after his first class. Here we are in 2017, and he still manages to stay on top of all the newest techniques and methodology of fitness by attending fitness seminars, reading up on the newest and latest fitness crazes, and of course, researching the World Wide Web.
He holds certifications in group fitness, personal training,kickboxing, and group strength training just to name a few, and teaches at some of the most prominent gyms in the Atlanta area. In an effort to fight obesity, an ongoing struggle here in America, he dedicates his time and energy to teach and educate others.
Jeffrey strongly believes that if you take the time to do something you enjoy, you will stay motivated and follow through. “Remember where you were, and remember where you are now. Think about your progress, maintaining is the easiest way.”
