Tatum is a Los Angeles native with a deep love of fitness and
a passion for helping others on their own journeys towards an
active and healthy lifestyle. After six years of indoor cycling
experience, Tatum became a certified indoor cycling instructor in
2016 and began teaching classes at a community center in Sitka, AK
where she was serving as a volunteer for the Domestic Peace Corps.
During her service, she taught indoor cycling classes as well as
group fitness classes in order to help the community stay active
and healthy throughout the harsh winter months. This experience
solidified her desire to help people feel comfortable and have fun
in the fitness world no matter their age, background, or fitness
level. When she returned to Los Angeles in 2017, she continued
teaching indoor cycling but also re-dedicated herself to yoga, an
activity that has helped her find a connection between the mind and
body, something that many people lose in our busy society. She is
now a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 hr) and teaches around Los
Angeles. Tatum is a firm believer that having a well rounded
fitness routine that incorporates cardio, strength, and
stretching/meditation is so important for mind/body health. She
looks forward to seeing you in her classes!
