Really enjoyed the Yoga class last night. It was chakra yoga taught by Sophia. It helped clear my mind and helped me to refocus my energy ! Got a great night sleep after too!
Leisa began practicing yoga to compliment her love of running. She found the physical as well as mental benefits of yoga inspiring and she strives to make it part of her daily routine.
In 2017, Leisa received her yoga teacher training certification to spread the joy of yoga to others. Leisa’s goal is to have her students feeling strong, calm and refreshed after class. Her dynamic flow classes connect breath and movement to bring flexibility and strength to her students.
