Really enjoyed my first class and looking forward to more!  It was an excellent full body workout, but low impact and something I can get better and stronger at over time.

In this class we will help teach you to make the most of your time and efficiency in your workouts!   Designed to challenge your mental and physical strength. Designed to keep your heart rate elevated at all times with quick transitions from exercise to exercise. This class focuses not on muscle failure in each exercise but working within your own fitness abilities. Which will be different for everyone. We work to achieve muscle optimization and stimulation. These classes will help you workout smarter. In just 30 minutes you'll get an amazing workout!
