Cardio Kickboxing • $20.00

A class designed to strengthen and sculpt the entire body and increase flexibility in addition to burning calories and promoting stamina. Furthermore, all the moves are real boxing & kickboxing moves, thereby teaching the student the real fundamentals. Some of the classes also include aerobic weight training, rope skipping, and plain old fashioned roadwork (running!).
