Togar Johnson is one of the first people in the country to become a Certified Metabolic Advisor, which helps promote healthy metabolisms through proper nutrition, exercise, body chemistry, and supplementation. Togar served as an aircraft fire and rescue firefighter for the United States Air Force for over seven years. Being an all-around athlete, fitness has always been a major part of his life, but understanding nutrition was not. Togar’s most important wakeup call was when his father died at a very young age (54) having suffered from diabetes, high blood pressure, high stress, and cardiovascular issues due to being overweight.
