Mt. Pleasant Studio

I used to describe barre class as "hell on earth" because it was so miserable. After taking Carmen's class, my perspective has totally changed! She made it fun and challenging, and was very encouraging throughout the class. This is a great studio.

Excellent class! Ann Marie was very helpful if corrections were needed and very upbeat  and encouraging throughout the class. Definitely felt like I burned some of the extra calories from Thanksgiving! I have been to other studios and Barre Evolution continues to be my favorite.  Awesome instructors and very welcoming to all ages and abilities.

Class was wonderful. The instructor was excellent with accommodations and ensuring my position was accurate. Thought I would be very sore, but 2 days later I am fine. Will be back!

I love Michelle’s way of teaching!  Love the head and neck cradle with the towel.

I just signed up at this location.  The atmosphere is clean and inviting and everyone is smiling and pleasant.  The instructor was very detailed with instructions and energetic to keep everyone motivated.  She stayed after class to help me better understand the positions and the concept of some if the positions.  So helpful!  There are modifications I learned for beginners (or anyone who needs it) and the instructor kept an eye on everyone to watch form and give encouragement and tips.   It was a challenging workout and I look forward to the day to make it through a plank position for the intended duration!  I am certain that regular attendance will get anyone a toned and strengthened result.

I finally was able to attend Jessica’s Monday morning Express and Restore class, and it was lovely. Jessica kept us moving and challenged throughout the express segment and then led us mindfully through the much needed stretch. Just what the doctor ordered!

I had my first barre class ever yesterday. Great atmosphere and great workout. I will definitely be back :)

Barre Evolution is a great workout and challenge - the atmosphere and instructors are super welcoming and encouraging, but also don't let you waste your time there. They are going to make sure your form is on point to get the most results possible!

Had a great 1st Open Level Barre class, with Michelle & some wonderful ladies, @ the Thursday 6pm session!  Thank you all for your patience, advice & encouragement!  Michelle, thank you for an amazing workout!  Looking forward to coming back next week!
