Barre Evolution is amazing. You utilize the ballet barre as a prop, but you to use your own body weight as resistance. There is stretching between segments, utilizing techniques from Pilates, yoga, and ballet. The goal is to create long, lean muscles and a toned bod - the dream. The music is upbeat and the energy is rocking. All the instructors have their own flare, but do a great job of keeping us all focused and engaged.. The studio vibe is so comfortable (dry shampoo and hair spray available after every workout, please and thank you). I get really excited to go to a studio over the gym. Leaving class, my muscles felt fatigued. The next day I could feel the work I've done my triceps, my thighs and my lower butt. You know, the part of the butt that connects to the leg. Who doesn’t want to tighten and tone that area?! Such an energizing workout, highly recommended.

Sweat it out in our calorie-blasting, Barre Evolution Cardio class designed to tighten and tone your entire body. Consisting of work at the barre and center floor, we’ll use weights and functional exercises to stoke your heart rate along with an ab series sure to blast a little extra off your middle. This is a fast-paced, cardiovascular workout with advanced variations and less recovery time between sets. This high-intensity class is followed by a longer recovery stretch that will leave you feeling exhilarated and strong. You can bet this endorphin-filled hour will boost your heart rate for maximum calorie burn in class and over the following 24-48 hours.
  • For safety reasons, students are not allowed to enter class late.
  • Due to the nature of the intensity and accelerated pace of the class, Cardio classes are open to students who have completed 10 Open Level classes (and should also have a strong understanding of our method).
  • Prenatal students (1st or 2nd trimester only) or individuals with injuries/medical conditions must have management approval prior to attending cardio class.
