The only draw back is: the gym door is not open until 6:05pm, but my class is scheduled to start at 6:00.

Champion Cure is a program designed for those that want to raise their fitness and conditioning to the next level. It is a tough workout that focuses on strength, flexibility, agility, speed, and metabolic-cardiovascular circuit mix ups. This results oriented program utlitizes shorter rest times, increased workload, and high intensity circuits. This program will challenge the individual to test their limits and continually in mind body connections through the use of bodyweight exercises, battle rope sessions, kettlebells, agility ladders, sand bags, and parallette bars. We recommend Champion Cure clients to be in am intermediate to advanced levels of fitness.
