John was fantastic. From the beginning of the appointment, I recognized that John was knowledgeable, patient and that he cared about my needs as well as achieving the best results. He was professional yet personable and provided concise descriptions of everything he was doing and why throughout the entire assessment. Details regarding where I stood vs what could be achieved (and how) were thoroughly outlined. After each adjustment, small or large, we tested it and made changes if needed; it never felt rushed. While he makes it easy for it to be a collaborative effort, I took all of his advice regarding recommended adjustments and am left with a more comfortable, efficient ride on the saddle that has alleviated the issues I came in with. I’d recommend him to anyone wanting a great Bike Fit as well as a great experience.

John was incredibly thorough and knowledgable. I felt comfortable from the second I walked into my bike fitting through the end. He answered all my questions without any sense of annoyance - looking forward to my follow up!

Alexandra - my goal is always for fit clients to leave the studio with a full understanding and ownership of the changes we made and why we made them. You asked great questions and made that super straightforward to accomplish!

John is the best. He knows what he's talking about, doesn't waste your time, and gets you fit just right. I was just sampling saddles, but he still took the time to carefully measure my fit so that the adjustment would be as close to my original fit as possible. Now we'll see how my sit bones like Selle SMPs.

I loved the whole process! If you plan to spend 10s or 100s of hours on your saddle, why not invest 2-3 hours in making sure every part of your body is where it should be?
I really recommend John whom I found very knowledgeable and extremely nice to spend time with. He was never in a hurry and answered many of my neophyte questions...
The whole undertaking was a breeze and I plan to explore the coaching side of enduranceWerx :-)

John was extremely patient, informative and helpful.  From the moment I walked in for the session to the minute I rode out. It was a full day spent not only learning about how my body will respond to the changes but also why my body wasn’t responding to the previous setting on my bike.  My riding mate was also with me which gave John some extra time to inform both of us (he had a session done today also) what to expect and how to achieve the most gains going forward.

If you haven’t had a fit done or it’s been a few years since you have done one I strongly recommend you check this place out.

I spent about 2 hours with John this morning, and it certainly was worth the price of admission! I have gone back and forth for years, coaches telling me that I belong on a 51cm, others telling me a 53... Today, I learned that an ideal setup will be a 53cm with a 70cm neck, bringing the bars closer in and reducing hand strain. Everything about the experience was professional, including John's knowledge, ability to look at the information on the screen, and relate it to me as to how to further enhance my riding experience and get the maximum potential from my new wheel! As he stated at the time- people go out and spend 10,000 bucks on a bike that's not suited for them exactly, yet balk at the cost of a fitting. After this morning's meeting, I can see, unquestionably, just how locked in I will be once the new wheel is built out, and how much more energy I will be saving, thanks to John.

EXCELLENT! A MUST for cyclists of ALL levels. Worth every $ paid for the service. I've been  an amateur weekend road cyclist for a number of years. In my experience, typically when you buy a bike from your local dealer you get a very brief subjective eyeball fitting which involves minor & obvious adjustments like seat etc. However, as I continued to ride my newest bike I never felt as if I was properly fitting on it which raised concerns that a.) I'm not riding efficiently and b) I might be at higher risk of injury. After doing some desktop research I learned that bike fitting is far more complex and very much a science that merges bike and body mechanics specific to the individual. At this point I figured it's best to hire the professionals. My experience being fitted with EWX exceeded my expectations. They spent 2 hours with me evaluating my bike and my form in motion both subjectively and importantly, quantitatively through a range of motion monitors which are projected on screen, recorded (pre & post fitting) and downloaded into a report that you receive afterwards. They then talk about how to improve form in coordination with making many macro & micro adjustments to the bike. The change in my bike fit from before to after was dramatic. It has made an enormous difference. The bike now fits like a glove. I now ride with much more confidence, ease and power. It's also important to note that in no way do they try to 'upsell' you on gear. They are entirely focused on your fitting. This is one of those things where you 'don't know, what you don't know'. Whether you think you fit your bike or you don't have a clue, you should go, go, go and have them professionally fit you. I'm quite certain you won't regret it.

I am new-ish to cycling, but becoming more serious about it. As such, I went in for a fitting to be sure that my bike was optimized for me, so I can improve and enjoy my riding. I not only learned about my bike and the importance of seemingly small adjustments, but also I saw my posture on the bike and was coached as to what I can do beyond the adjustments, to become a better rider and enjoy the sport more.

I highly recommend Chad for anyone who wants to spend more enjoyable time in the saddle, while improving their skill!

Awesome experience with John.  Super detailed fit session, and feeling really dialed in.  Will be back in a few weeks to tweak after some rides.  Highly recommended experience - explained both the fit and the theory behind the fit.  Thanks!!
