As a lifelong cyclist I'm a huge fan of what the team at Tailwind Endurance is creating. The Team is knowledgable and passionate. The facility has everything an endurance athlete would need to come in, get a great workout, and get right back out and back to work or whatever. My only complaint is that I didn't think of this idea first!

Philosophy: Consistent training with measurable efforts is the
best way to improve performance. A comprehensive approach to the
annual training incorporates a progressive and adaptive training
plan with periods of rest. My workouts are structured as
interval-based workouts, incorporating both speed and hill work.
Participants are encouraged to monitor their progress by keeping
track of pace and gradient. I encourage self-motivation and 'fun'
in training as they lead to consistent client engagement.
