As a lifelong cyclist I'm a huge fan of what the team at Tailwind Endurance is creating. The Team is knowledgable and passionate. The facility has everything an endurance athlete would need to come in, get a great workout, and get right back out and back to work or whatever. My only complaint is that I didn't think of this idea first!

George

George is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Tailwind Endurance.  His focus is creating long range strength and durability for the enduranec athlete.

George has been coaching/training/racing for over 20 years.  “Keep it simple” has been the mantra for George.  Time/Family and the sheer volume of training can be overwhelming at times.  Sticking to simple effective strength movements has paid dividends for years and for many years to come.
