Hey guys and thanks for the classes, I've personally been enjoying them immensely

One thought that I've been having after a few weeks of being with you is that I've found that something is missing since I transitioned from weight training to Calisthenics and that's the localised muscle fatigues that I used to get at the gym which are not happening as often anymore. Of course I acknowledge that this is an inherent part of Calisthenics and the skills that we learn are a valuable substitute for muscle growth fatigue and growth. But since most of us who have chosen Calisthenics now are no longer going to a do our own thing gym anymore, I was wondering is we could have a session or two a week designed to focus on fatiguing specific upper body parts so that we'd get some muscle growth parallel to skill training as well
Happy to be corrected if you think I'm mistaken about the influence of the class on muscle growth etc.
Cheers

Jeff

First session at Cali-Fit, after meeting the team and trying it out on the SouthBank opening day - forearms definitely felt it, and the team made me feel welcome. The movements have some great regressions and I can feel it will progress to stronger movements over time. Looking forward to seeing what 2021 will bring.

The Cali-fit team are terrific.   They are encouraging; and even when you are the worst in the class;  they make you feel like you belong and are welcome.  I notice the increasing strength and ability i have over time - so even if you are older - this is the place to get strong and flexible!
