My name is Lou Ann Welsh. I am a life-long mover and avid
gardener.I am a huge fan of the benefits food that nature gives us.
My husband and I are blessed with two amazing daughters. Health and
fitness are a big parts of our family.
I was a high school and college athlete. I have been a fitness
instructor since 2000. I enjoy running and Pilates. I am certified
in Pailates Mat and Standing Pilates by the Physical Mind
Institute. I am also Certified by Booty Barre to instruct Plus and
Flex & Flow.
Our Barre class is a combination of the new Barre Fitness and
my experience in the industry. I believe we all have an inner
athlete. Pilates and Barre movements start with the core and can
challenge everyone from a beginner to well conditioned. I'm excited
to bring out the inner athlete in you!
