Jack's aim as a Personal Trainer has always been to give people

modalities ranging from powerlifting to meditation.
Experience in high traffic gym facilities has given Jack the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from absolute beginners to athletes, and from teens to seniors. He's had a particular emphasis on pain management, injury risk mitigation and strength development.
