Iron X Fitness is more than a workout, it’s a safe haven.
 
THE EXPERIENCE
In this studio, we invite you to own your energy and build
something greater than who you were yesterday. You will be in a
safe space for you to love your body and mind, explore your
sensuality and discover new rhythms of yourself. Make peace with
your body and be present in the moment. Turn off what doesn’t turn
you on. It’s time to prioritize yourself. We want you to leave each
class feeling stronger both physically and mentally, more
confident, and ready to let that light shine within you. 
 
THE POLE
Dive back into your creativity and relearn how to play. Pole
dancing is a unique dance and fitness opportunity that invites all
levels, shapes, sizes and genders. It doesn’t matter how old you
are or what your fitness level is, the pole gives you the
opportunity to explore new styles of movement all while getting
powered up.  
 
THE COMMUNITY
No matter what you’re feeling or what challenges you face, we
support one another, building an environment of glowing love and
hard work. We leave it all at the door so that together, we can
harness the power within you and own your energy. It’s ok to feel
vulnerable. We are all in this together. You are not alone.
 
THE COACHES
The beating heart of all that we do, our coaches are committed
to motivate, inspire and challenge you to reach into the depths of
your energy. We’re here for you. Our talent gives you the tools you
need to let go of fear and explore new movement on the pole.
