Really enjoyed my first class and looking forward to more!  It was an excellent full body workout, but low impact and something I can get better and stronger at over time.

Jesse is our client relations Manager & Lead Coach. He began his career as an athlete @ 6 years old.  He played Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball but found his true passion in Golf. His love for the Golf game helped him realize that hard work and dedication are small steps of discipline to become great at your true passion.  As he grew in Golf he understood that his body was forever changing:  he needed something more to maximize his flexibility, endurance, cardio and strength in order to keep up with the ongoing changes of this sport.

He was introduced to LAGREE FITNESS once his wife became certified. After all the things he had witnessed throughout her certifications, he saw LAGREE FITNESS had a different edge, he had to try it!!!!  On first impressions he didn’t think the workout would be much of a challenge and since most of the exercises were old school he thought how hard can this really be? He perceived that during most of this workout; he wouldn’t even break a sweat! But as he began training, he immediately saw the benefits & came to realize that this workout was taking his muscles to maximum fatigue fast and were put to the test. "I found this workout to be one of the best training methods I have ever done. If you want a total body workout without the strain on your joints, and gets the results you always wanted then this is it!” He is now determined that LAGREE FITNESS will give him the physic he has always tried to attain for Golf & on a personal level too!  He says” if you are an athlete and want to maximize your potential or even if your looking to change your body on a personal level, watch how it reacts to this workout. You'll defiantly put this exercise into your routine.”
