Really enjoyed my first class and looking forward to more!  It was an excellent full body workout, but low impact and something I can get better and stronger at over time.

Fitness Background:

From a young age I was actively involved in a wide range of sports. I participated in gymnastics, swimming, track, soccer, cheerleading and volleyball. After growing up and starting a family, I took on a different role and became involved in being a mom and other family activities. I started snow skiing, camping, hiking and aerobics. After my two sons where grown and left home I chose to remain active, thus becoming a gym workout enthusiast.  Seeing the transformation of how physical activity and fitness improved my overall health and wellness, I decided to become an ACE certified personal trainer. As a personal trainer, I worked with a variety of age groups privately and in corporate wellness. After spending 9 years doing personal training I retired. Until I was offered a communications coaching position at LAgree Pulse 45! 

Why I chose to be a LAgree Pulse 45 coach:

From the moment I walked through the door of LAgree Pulse 45, I could feel the good vibes and energy! The music was pumping. People looked like they were enjoying workout out, even though it seemed a little intimidating at first. I loved the boutique size and the overall intimate feel. I believe strongly in the Lagree method and the benefits from this exercise method. It's an amazingly efficient workout from start to finish. Working all the major muscle groups in just 40 minutes. Any individual is capable of doing the lagree method. Try it for 30 days and tell me you don't feel results?!

Coaching Style: 

In my classes you will find that not only do I like to motivate each person to attain their personal goals. But Pushing you to reach your limits to realize that by improving your fitness, you are making an investment that you will never regret. I'll be challenging you to fall in love with fitness and loving yourself enough each day, that all the work you put into your class is leading you to live a healthier lifestyle. 

Favorite M2S Exercise: 

Plank to Pike. By far my favorite because it focuses on so many essential benefits of overall fitness. That one exercise includes core, balance,flexibility, cardio, strength and endurance, You can expect to be doing plank to pike in most of my classes.
