Just did Mind over matter and loved it! I feel the circuit was good working all the areas without too many different exercises. Jessica was awesome as always. I’ve also done flow yoga with Franny which worked my muscles but also relaxing stretch, really enjoyed it. One of my favourites is Pound! I’ve done it with Lindsay for a couple months and love the workout while connecting with my inner rock goddess and pounding it out to with awesome music I love the variety Kufuka offers and the instructors are amazing!!
