The in-studio workout is as safe as can be! I’ve enjoyed my workouts with more room to play and an incredibly clean space! And as always, amazingly fun and challenging classes! Would you expect anything less from Burn Fitness?
Christina was introduced to the practice of yoga in 2000. She was immediately fascinated with how yoga can improve overall health, connections with others, bring inner peace and an appreciation for life. Her goal is to share these benefits of yoga with others.
Christina leads her classes from the heart with friendliness and ease. She is passionate about health and wellness through the mind and body connection that yoga offers.
Christina completed her 200-hour RYT certification at Onyx Yoga Studio, and is currently becoming children’s yoga certified through Little Flower Yoga Teacher Training Program. Christina is grateful to all of her teachers, past and present, for inspiring her practice.
