After living in Asia for several years, it was there where Ben's
perspective on health, healing, and spirituality was broadened.
His journey into yoga began in 2014 as a way to heal a back
injury. Yoga then became a regular practice which not only
helped to heal his back but also supported an active lifestyle of
dancing, snowboarding, scuba diving, and hiking.
Delving deeper into the philosophy and benefits of yoga, it was
at Yoga Vihara in Singapore under the guidance of Bisu Majumder
where his regular practice further progressed. After leaving his
career as an IT Manager in 2017, the focus shifted into
training in India where his Yoga Teacher training was completed at
the Sivananda Meenakshi Asham also obtaining his 200-hour RYT
certification. Sharing his passion and enthusiasm for Yoga,
it has been a great opportunity for him to teach and help
those interested in restoring or improving mobility, flexibility,
and functional movement while also providing relaxation,
stress-relief, and an overall sense of wellness.
