I enjoyed this class very much because the instructor, Mary, is welcoming to new comers & provides options & tips so each person can get the most from the class based on their skill level. I have gone twice & look forward to next week’s class.

MPower with Wattage Certified Instructor. As an instructor, I
understand the importance of motivating and challenging the
students that attend my classes. My class is high energy, inspiring
and most important FUN! I know fitness is a team effort connecting
