Coast Fitness
Fitness and sports have always been an integral part of my lifestyle from playing competitive sports in high school to running half marathons and weight training during my five years at University. After completing my education degree at Simon Fraser University I realized I wanted to further my knowledge in the fitness industry by becoming a BCRPA certified Group Fitness Instructor. In addition, I am currently working towards a BCRPA Personal Trainer certification. My aim in every class is to motivate and encourage all participants to challenge themselves in their fitness and health goals in a safe and welcoming environment.
