I've been an active member at Coast for over a year now. I love attending the classes and the instructors are so supportive! They all take the time to answer questions and ensure that participants are performing the exercises properly :)
My passion for fitness started at a young age, from competitive sports in high school to turning to weight training and yoga in university. I loved how weight training made me feel so energized and I could always count on yoga to calm my body and mind.
As my love for fitness and yoga grew, I knew it was in my journey to take the next step and become certified. Four years ago I completed that step and became a certified Yoga and Group Fitness instructor!
