I've been an active member at Coast for over a year now.  I love attending the classes and the instructors are so supportive!  They all take the time to answer questions and ensure that participants are performing the exercises properly :)

At Coast Fitness, located in beautiful Powell River, BC, we
strive to educate and empower clients by advocating a balanced and
fulfilling lifestyle.  To be successful one must engage in the
following on a daily basis: EAT, SLEEP, WORK, HAVE FUN, and of
course, TRAIN!
We strive to give the best group fitness experiece.  Stayin
on top of the latest trends, our classes are always fresh.
 Expect to have fun, laugh, and leave class feeling energized
and healthy.  Our efforts to make our community strong and
vibrant don't end at our back door.  We donate our time and
classes for fundraisers to better our thriving community.
 
We also want to build our 'Coast Fitness' community &
family, welcoming you to become a Coastie, and enjoy the benefits
