Jason has been involved in competitive sports for his entire
life, having played Premier Baseball through high school and
attending Douglas College for 2 years where he was an
All-Conference All-Star in his sophomore year. In 2003, Jason moved
to Prince George to pursue his education at UNBC, and in 2005 began
competing in bodybuilding. In 2007, Jay made the switch to
competitive powerlifting continues to compete in Powerlifting.
Jason taught at the bullpen baseball school in New Westminster, BC,
for 2 years from 2001-2003, is an NCCP certified coach, and is a
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Jason takes great
pride in applying his knowledge to Xconditioning athletes and
seeing them grow as athletes and individuals.
