Challenge yourself with our signature ride for 30 minutes followed by 25 minutes of Pilates Mat core conditioning. You will get it all in this combo workout. Improve your cardiovascular conditioning (aerobic and anaerobic) while strengthening, toning and flattening your mid-section as well as stretching and lengthening your entire body. No experience required, but we recommend trying the Intro to Cycle class first to get the most out of your ride. All levels welcome.
