Challenge yourself with our signature ride for 30 minutes followed by 25 minutes of full body strength training. You will get it all in this combo workout. Improve your cardiovascular conditioning (aerobic and anaerobic) while blasting all major muscles to gain strength and lean, athletic muscles. No experience required, but we recommend trying the Intro to Cycle class first to get the most out of your ride. All levels welcome.
