Challenge yourself in new ways with M.E.T., a full-body, circuit style Pilates workout that focuses on core, balance, flexibility and endurance. This body-sculpting hour will have you working with traditional Pilates equipment from the Reformer and Cadillac to the more modern props such as the Pilatesstick and bosu in this ever-changing class. We recommend some previous Pilates experience for this workout. Please contact the studio so we may recommend the appropriate Pilates workout.
