John Dadzie’s long standing experience and love for fitness was cultivated while playing Division I basketball for Southern Illinois University.
During his four years at college, John endured diverse and high intensity workouts from professional trainers that focused on speed, agility and power to create a complete, high level athlete. That training served as the foundation for John’s Bachelor of Science in Health Education degree and his current philosophy and passion for fitness and personal training.
Following college, John pursued a dual goal of playing professional basketball and sports training in the off season. In the last 20 years, John has played with the Milwaukee Bucks organization and overseas professional teams that include Israel, New Zealand, Australia, Korea, Ukraine, Sweden, Finland and South Africa.
Enduring great obstacles and challenges in order to achieve success in the professional realm, John has taken those lessons learned and helps to impart those same qualities in his clients. During those tours, John had the privilege of working with many professional trainers that allowed him to hone the craft of sports training. Johns personal injuries throughout the years have been instrumental to his training style and understanding how the human body heals.
Since moving to the shore over 30 years ago, John has trained in various area gyms and has trained many Cape athletes that have gone on to the Division I level of sports and professional athletes as well. John has had great success working with clients from all walks of life and from all levels of fitness and has been instrumental in motivating great success and personal goals.
John now has the privilege of being part of the RiSE team of trainers and working in a state of the art facility that will help facilitate any and all fitness goals.
