Ryan Ennis (“Red Ryan”) holds a BS in Exercise Science from West Chester University and is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Red has been personal training since 2010. Red Ryan was an avid athlete in school playing football and running track. Red Ryan has a reputation for exceptional knowledge of the equipment and exercises but more importantly for his personalization of the program to his clients needs based on their limitations, goals and desires. He develops successful and personalized exercise programs. Red Ryan works with a wide spectrum of clients; from high school athletes looking to improve their 40 yard dash, the 9 to 5 desk worker looking to eliminate lower back pain, or an elderly client whos goal is to generate muscle to assist them in their every day activities.
Red Ryan specializes in teaching his clients how to overcome various obstacles, from physical limitations to mental roadblocks in order to get the most out of their training. He is well versed in spotting and correcting improper movement patterns that could lead to an injury or derail their success. He takes the time to understand each client to create a session that gives them their optimal performance, ultimately creating a successful relationship that brings his clients to their goals.
