Nicholas has been in the fitness community for his whole life. His love for health and fitness goes beyond looking and feeling good. There is a compound effect for those who start taking care of themselves physically, the confidence that follows suit can create an impact with those you interact with on a day to day level that just looking good in the mirror can’t compare to. Meditation, stretching, and flexibility/stability training are the core principles of the training program Nicholas incorporates on a day to day basis. Health is wealth that we all can obtain but only a few will choose to seek, there is no set speed of accomplishment because fitness is about being better today than you were yesterday and together we can all make an impact on the world, all it takes is that first step.
