Get up early, get in to Rock Fitness, work hard, sweat - different work out each time; nice mix of humor and hard work; supportive environment.  David takes care to ensure good form and modifies the work out for each individual if needed.  Love the 5:30 a.m. time - now the hardest part of my day is behind me.

Break Time! - BootCamp • $20.00

This class is designed for the lunch-hour multi-taskers and anyone else trying to find at least 30 minutes a day to squeeze in a full body functional workout without getting completely sweaty and/or exhausted. Great for co-workers, team workouts, stay at home parents and their little athletes. Burn 200-300 calories.
